Red tailed hawk
scolded by robin
pursued by swallow
lazily flaps 
out of the pines
into the open 
drifting away 
wingtips upturned
"Kiieer!"  
flap, flap
"Kiieer!"

    Lovely observation. It is amazing how smaller birds manage to drive off birds of prey.
